B is the correct answer.  ST depression occurs with posterior wall MI rather than elevation.  We see it in septal and anterior leads (V1-V4).  This occurs because the pathology is on the posterior portion of the heart and the leads or on the anterior chest.  There is no ST changes in the inferior leads (Leads II, III, and AVF).
